The Bounce Forward program is an eight-week intensive that focuses on three key principles:

As we work together to build the relationships that lead to a thriving business, we will share the mindsets that brought us to each stage of growth. From understanding how our thoughts lead our reactions to the importance of how those thoughts can affect others. This level of self-discovery is essential to the long-term sustainability of the company because it teaches leaders to be curious about outcomes that were outside of the desired and the perceptions that caused them.

PURPOSEFUL ENGAGEMENT

There is a distinct difference between telling your team what to do and engaging them with purpose. Purposeful engagement happens when employers understand team members as individuals, their backgrounds and experiences, goals, and aspirations, and how the company can help them achieve those goals, while adding value to the company.
